We wish all of our sales to be successfully & pleasantly concluded, so in order that there are no misunderstandings, please read the terms of sale and warranty details below, before placing an order.

All items offered or sold by Ancient Dragon House are guaranteed to be of the age and condition stated in our listings . Please see below for full details of our warranty and refund policy.

Trading Policies
We have a policy of absolute honesty in our dealings with our international clientele. We never knowingly sell fakes as genuine, so our customers can buy with confidence.

We offer a standard Lifetime Warranty with almost every item sold, and we will provide a Certificate of Authenticity for the lifetime that our customer owns the item.

Certificates of Authenticity
Ancient Dragon House will issue a certificate of authenticity, which will not only cover the item during your ownership or possession, but provide evidence of the date of acquisition and its authenticity. If at any time in the future, (as long as you have not sold or otherwise disposed of it), you should find that the item we have sold is materially different to the age which we have represented, you may return it in the same condition as it was when sold, for a full refund of the net sale price, including (at our option), the return shipping charges.

Any claims for refund under this certificate, must be evidenced in writing by one or other of the authorities referred to in our standard Lifetime Warranty.

Lifetime Warranty
All items sold by Ancient Dragon House are guaranteed to be of the age or period stated in the listing (areas of restoration excepted), but to qualify for a refund of the net sale price, (and at our option, a refund of freight charges), you must provide us with written evidence from either:

1. Christie's or Sotheby's Asian Art specialists, or
2. A curator of Oriental arts at any major museum, or
3. A certificate of authenticity issued by the Hong Kong Art Craft Merchants Association, or
4. A recognized testing laboratory using recognized scientific testing procedures.(eg Thermoluminescence).

In the unlikely event that we have made a mistake, we will always refund the full purchase price, and at our option, the postage and freight costs both ways. Under no circumstances will we accept claims for any test fees incurred, consequential losses, or damages of any kind.
